We are proud to announce the Village of Dundee has received a $40,000 grant in cooperation with the Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) and the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT). The Village of Dundee will be conducting a Road Safety Audit (RSA) of Tecumseh Road (M-50). The RSA will evaluate roadway conditions including traffic volumes, access conditions, crash patterns, signage, traffic signals, pavement markings and geometry and evaluate means to improve motorized (cars & trucks) and non-motorized (bicycle & pedestrian) safety on the corridor. The Village will also host a community workshop to give the citizens of Dundee a chance to share their ideas on corridor improvements. This RSA is being partially funded by SEMCOG. The project has been awarded to The Mannik and Smith Group. Project completion is expected late summer of 2019
