ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that the Dundee Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Council chambers located at 350 Monroe Street to consider the following variance requests from Rachel Scheich 1044 Strawberry St (Tax ID: 58-42-125-002-00). Applicant is requesting the following:
Variance from section 5.03.01 (Front Yard setback) to allow an 8’ variance from the existing 25 ft. Front yard setback required to construct a new home on the existing lot.
The purpose of this public hearing will be to receive public input on the variance requests. This notice will be mailed to all real property owners within 300 feet of the applicant property. The complete application can be reviewed at the Village Hall located at 350 W. Monroe St. Dundee MI 48131 during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
