The Dundee Veterans Corporation will conduct its annual Memorial Day Observance on Monday, May 29th.

Everyone is invited to participate in the parade and should be at the high school parking lot at 930am to prepare for the parade lineup. The parade will start at 945am and proceed to Wolverine Park on Toledo Street behind the Old Mill.

At 10am the veterans will pay tribute to those who have given their lives while serving in the armed forces of our nation.

The guest speaker will be Navy Commander. Mickey Ellison.

Through music performed by the Dundee High School Marching Band, the veterans honor the sacrifices by military members from Dundee.

After the ceremony, veterans will proceed to Oak Grove, Maple Grove, Leib and Azalia cemeteries for brief services.  

The Veterans Club will host an open house beginning at 1pm at the Veterans Hall, located at 418 Dunham Street.

The community is invited to attend and join them in honoring those who gave all for their country.
