The Village of Dundee is accepting written proposals from qualified companies to provide catering and banquet space management services at the Old Mill banquet hall. 

Purpose and Objective The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified companies in contracting with the Village of Dundee (herein referred to as “Village”) to provide desired services to lease and operate the Old Mill Banquet Hall. 

The Village of Dundee currently owns the Historic Old Mill located at 242 Toledo Street, Dundee, MI 48131. The Dundee Historical Society currently operates a museum on one side of the Old Mill. On the other side of the building is a 3,800 square foot banquet facility. Currently, the Village operates, manages, and maintains the facility. We are hoping to expand the service with a partner to increase its exposure.
